Visit Borge Mogensen's Home to Explore His Design
The home was created by Mogensen in cooperation with architects Arne Karlsen and Erling Zeuthen Nilsen and is located on Solsevej in Gentofte. However, there is a rumour that Mogensen handled the majority of the architecture and design himself.
The neighbourhood is picturesque and lush, earning it the reputation of "architects' marsh." It was a trendy neighbourhood in the 1960s, with well-known architects practically living side by side. Jrn Utzon, Eva and Nils Koppel, Mogens Lassen, Karen and Ebbe Clemmensen, and others. It's also the home of Hans J. Wegner, who resided about a hundred meters away from Mogensen.
