About NUURA
Founded in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg, Danish lighting brand Nuura symbolises light and honour. Drawing inspiration from Nordic light and nature to spread joy through exquisitely detailed light to reflect the opulence of Nordic nature, there are Miira, Blossi, Apiales, Anoli, Liila and other series.
Miira Series
Miira, meaning a beautiful vision, expands the complete lighting collection with the pendant at its centre. With a simple and timeless design, it creates a unique Scandinavian spirit. Designed by the award-winning Danish lighting designer Sofie Refer, it is the winner of the German Design Award 2019 in the category "Excellent Product Design - Lighting".
Blossi Series
Inspired by the golden autumn Nordic light, Blossi exudes soft and delicate light, including pendant lamp, wall lamp, table lamp, and floor lamp. Made with exquisite craftsmanship using the latest LED technology, it is a special mention to the winners in the category "Excellent Product Design - Lighting" for the "German Design Award 2019".
Apiales Series
Inspired by flowers, Sofie Refer designed the Apiales, as flowers blossom from a stem, radiating elegant light. The collection consists of chandeliers with 9 or 18 mouth-blown glass globes, available in gold brushed brass finish or a smooth satin black.
Anoli Series
The elegant combination of silent droplets on rainy days and the warm glow of unique Nordic gold is the essence of Anoli. The Anoli collection is made of mouth-blown glass, exuding creamy or delicate golden light.
Liila Series
Inspired by the summer sun, mouth-blown glass is mounted on metal discs on Liila Wall/ Ceiling Lamp, giving the glass a floating appearance and creating an elegant ambience. The single lamp Liila 1 is available in two sizes and colours.
